"A formal business lunch in a formal setting ,excellent wines ,champagne, Armagnac and food all prepared by chef Vincent Casassus and explained course by course by his brother. Excellent foie gras with fig and floc chutney,slow braised beef and vegetables and a perfect chocolate fondant.very very French."
