My Yelp reviews are all based on a haphazard approach so, while this is a little late, there you have it. Regarding Georges Blanc's restaurant? Not enough

Items Selected: Apricot Nectar Baguette, Croissant, Wheat, Cereal Bread with Grand Beurre de Bresse Canapes - Mackerel in Spicy Cream, Candy of Foie Gras

We arrived around 7:30 pm and began with Champagne in a small seating area where we ordered We then moved to our table.

correct menu. . friendly warm welcome. .good value price...Stop at noon .vs will not be disappointed. ..

small family discovery of this restaurant. the reception and the place is great, people listening and little care for their customers. It is nice to eat so well...

"Le Herrison has outdoor and indoor seating with a varied menu suitable for all the family. We went on two occasions and both out two young children were happy with their choices. My daughter had a chicken tagatelli dish and a chorizo tagatelli dish, both...lovely. My son had pepperoni pizza which was tasty. I ate a lasagne dish which had chicken as the main ingredient, nice. My husband had another pizza with vegetables, delicious. Everything was freshly made and the pizzas are known on the menu as crusti flan, or something along those lines, but well worth trying. Staff friendly...did get busy towards 9 pm so don't be too late arriving."

"This little restaurant is really a picture of the country of August. Its front is all blue, and the house is typically Norman, with windows with small tiles. Here are the local specialties that predominate. The Auge Valley calf is excellent, as much as the cammbert-based sauce. Caen's fashion trips also deserve a visit. And why not water this meal with a raw cider, excellent. If you have a small place, desserts are not left. Nice atmosphere, served pat a small room of about 5 to 6 tables. Personal care, listen to your requests. And more fun. Customers from another region promised to come back. So!"
