In the plate we were bluffed: everything is obviously done at home around a short card, with fresh, seasonal, and ultra local products (the special lion for the turned mushroom. it is rare,) perfectly mastered kitchen, a very fair dressage, and generous portions for an E/P/F/D menu (and magnificent buttery) at an unbeatable price for this quality.
