"A restaurant in the middle of a beautiful landscape. a kitchen mainly executed with fresh products, a mastery of cooking (the meat is exemplary) and a marriage of flavors, especially vegetables, remarkable. The chef in the kitchen is brilliant. The boss at the service has a sharp eye. all for a reasonable price-quality ratio. the best restaurant of millevaches. only flat, the impressive butt of the price on certain wines, especially regional. In brief, for a trial, it was a master's stroke. A visit that won't be an orphan, it's obvious."

"Four of us went for an evening meal at this new restaurant. It is a place owned and run by people who are young and enthusiastic! The place is modern with young English speaking waiters. The food was good, with, as usual, a good selection of wine.This restaurant will be our 'local' call as we visit Aubusson for sure."
