The friendliest cafe owner I 've ever come across. A small cafe sitauted in the corner of the Place Agora, location of most of the summer dances and concerts in Sainte Marie. When there 's an event in the square, best get to the Hippocampe early to get a ringside view, though Amelain, the owner, always seems to find an extra space for his regulars.
