"Fall on by chance, but very well fallen! Small Italian cuisine restaurant with very sought after decoration. Open kitchen. Tenants, very friendly young people, listening and giving advice, whether for the choice of dishes, but also as in our case, for the visits to Troyes. Rather advised for couples or some friends, because not very large. We went there a Thursday without reservation... still playable, but for a weekend day, I think it’s more sensible to book. In short, super well prepared dishes, of quality with fresh products. Get your eyes closed."

"What a disappointment! we called the restaurant a month ago to book a table for two. What a surprise we had to arrive on the day j and discover the restaurant closed because of holidays: the least of the things would have been to call us to warn us."

"Au Bistro is my favourite place to eat in Troyes because of the overall atmosphere and delicious menu. I was blown away when I are here again recently. The menu is original and yet sophisticated, served by excellent staff who are knowledgable, funny and fast. The attention to detail for the food is something very hard to find. The plates are filling, photogenic works of Art. I will be talking about the strawberry Gaspatcho desert for a very long time. There is also a beautiful garden out the back, a beautiful bar (Try the keir!) and frequent singers which are fantastic."
