"A beautiful discovery in a mythical street of Troyes in the city center. The kitchen is home with fresh and seasonal products. Two entries, two dishes and cheeses or desserts. There are also wine suggestions for the agreement. The staff is very useful. We had a good time. Just one thing, a little pillow on the terrace chairs would be welcome. To discover."

"Fall on by chance, but very well fallen! Small Italian cuisine restaurant with very sought after decoration. Open kitchen. Tenants, very friendly young people, listening and giving advice, whether for the choice of dishes, but also as in our case, for the visits to Troyes. Rather advised for couples or some friends, because not very large. We went there a Thursday without reservation... still playable, but for a weekend day, I think it’s more sensible to book. In short, super well prepared dishes, of quality with fresh products. Get your eyes closed."

"What a disappointment! we called the restaurant a month ago to book a table for two. What a surprise we had to arrive on the day j and discover the restaurant closed because of holidays: the least of the things would have been to call us to warn us."

"Il est important de noter un accueil très chaleureux de tout le personnel, grands sourires, aimable, serviable, explications sur les différents menus, la composition des plats quand les ingrédients n'étaient pas détaillés (salade du chef par exemple), conseils et avis sur les différents burger, patient aussi, le choix est rude mais aussi attentif à la demande du client (sauce à part, ajout/retrait d'un ingrédient). Une bonne ambiance règne au sein de cet établissement.La carte est fournie mais reste raisonnable, un choix de burger, de panini (saumon, fromage, tomate:mozza, thon, poulet,...) de salades, de desserts (tiramisu maison) sur place, à emporter ou livré avec des formules, dont une enfant. La clientèle ciblée se veux le plus large possible, cuisine légère, gros et petits appétits, végétarienne, poisson, viande, toutes les sauces sont maisons, les produits sont frais et les compositions originales et gourmandes. Signalons au passage la qualité du pain des burgers, du vrai pain ainsi que la rapidité du service.Une très bonne adresse à connaitre."
