I tried the Patacón con Hogao and it was terrible. In fact, the worse I've tried in my life, and I'm Colombian. It was thin as a potato chip and completely greasy. The hogao was probably out of a can as it tasted mostly like ketchup. I find this really overpriced for such a terrible and effortlessly-made meal. There's definitely wayyy better places to have your meal in Salento, and try a proper Patacón. read more.
