Walked into quite a busy but nice looking cathedral cafe. Went to order soup for myself and my mum and then went to order a panini for my dad. We weren’t served at all and had to grab a member of staff to help us, they proceeded to ask if we wanted it toasted to then say they couldn’t because their toaster machine wasn’t working.
