"This place used to be a 5 star, but its different now. Been 2 times in the last while. Server came over chewing food, and had to ask my order 5 times because he wasn 't listening properly. Food came out and there was a clump of uncooked noodles in the middle of my soup. No refund because no boss, no refund .I 'm very sad because this place used to be my favorite to go with my group of friends, but we will no longer be going. I still remember the youuur welcome server from a while ago, James I believe. Hopefully this restaurant will one day be good again."

"Today, we sat down for lunch in the restaurant. We are aware that the kitchen can be slow at times because they serve large functions in their banquet rooms. However, if you are running a restaurant there is a standard ticket time of around 20 minutes.We waited 50 minutes for our meal, we paid in advance of our meal being served the server said "we have a lot of things going on in the hotel today". That as a patron isn't a valid excuse, people frequent a restaurant so they can eat and get back to work.We paid full price for our meal that essentially became take out. We won't be going back anytime soon especially for a week day meal. It is too bad because the food is good but isn't worth being late for never mind missing interviews for."
