A friend served the Lemon Ginger scones which are to die for. May require a trip to Salt Spring Island to get my own.

Had a lemon ginger cook. It was fresh in the morning, still warm. I always think about it. So light. Perfectly baked. Very friendly. Don't miss this stop.
