"Don't hesitate to ask them for the flavors that you want! They're geniuses. I don't know how they they did it but with just couple of vague pointers from my side I had cocktails that were so perfect they filled a hole in my soul. This place was the highlight of my trip in Salzburg."

"Irgendwie sind die Dinge, die spontan passieren immer die, die am besten sind. So auch dieser Abend. Geplant war gar nichts, eigentlich nur auf der Durchreise hab ich spontan eine Nacht in Salzburg drangehängt. Vom Red Bull Hangar 7 hatte ich ja schon viel gehört, insofern hab ich mich über diesen Vorschlag meiner Bekannten sehr gefreut.Die Cocktail Karte war riesig! Ich hab mich für einen rauchigen Drink entschieden und war geschmacklich sehr erstaunt, wie rauchig ein Cocktail tatsächlich schmecken kann. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass dazu Sägespäne angezündet wird und dieser Rauch dann in einem speziellen Behälter, in dem der Cocktail auch serviert wird, eingefangen wird. Also unbedingt ausprobieren! Schmeckt einzigartig!Dazu gab's Nüsse zu knabbern, eigentlich eine ganzes Nusssortiment, welches auf Wunsch immer wieder gegen eine neue Portion ausgetauscht wurde. Das Service war sowieso immer sehr charmant.Auch das Ambiente ist grandios! Der Ausblick in den Hanger wahnsinnig imposant. Im Stockwerk unter der Bar befindet das Restaurant Ikarus. Wir konnten oben den Klängen des Pianos lauschen... Hier will ich das nächste Mal unbedingt Essen gehen zumal die Küche ja phantastisch sein soll!Ach ja, die Blumensträuße, die überall stehen, sind der Wahnsinn! Sogar die Toilette wird von einem imposanten Strauß geschmückt!Also ein toller Abend mit Freunden in einer grandiosen Bar im wunderschönen Salzburg."

"Konoba Pinna Nobilis is a new seafood restaurant in Hallein to cycle, so naturally we had to see for ourselves. It is a small and cozy restaurant with tasteful interior. The young waitress was particularly charming. While my family ordered the fixed menu, I decided to have fish soup as a starter (the daily special, I didn't know what it would cost), a seafood plate and the dessert of my father from the solid menu. The soup, accompanied by bread, was good even though I had eaten better. I really enjoyed my seafood plate grilled shrimps, Calamari and Scallops with a handful of vegetables and potatoes and I tasted some of the fish from the solid menu that was also excellent. When I finished my main course, I felt quite hungry and I wish there were more potatoes and vegetables on my plate. This is something I will never understand: Why run restaurants on the sides? They are not expensive and they will ensure that customers leave the restaurant with full bells. I was hoping the dessert would save me two slices of chocolate mousse with fresh fruit, but not. When the check came, I was surprised to notice that the fish soup that was a starter was so expensive. If I had spent 2€ more, I would have eaten the three course menu. It would have been nice to tell the waitress that I was before. So, while the atmosphere and seafood in Konoba Pinna Nobilis are undoubtedly very good, they should work on transparency and the amount of pages they put on their plates."

"While this restaurant is located a little off the beaten track, it is well worth making the trip to experience some truly unique dumpling dishes. Austria is famous for their Knödel (dumplings), but most of the time they are a rather plain variety called Semmel-knödel,...which usually accompanies a meat and vegetable dish. Here, the Knödel are the main attraction. The Gasthaus offers different dumpling dishes. Many are made with a different meat or sausage, while one is made with mushrooms and another with spinach. You can order a dish with just one flavor or select a mixed plate to sample a wider variety of taste experiences. They even have sweet dessert dumplings too. We were amazed at their unique variety and this was matched by the friendly service and cheerful surroundings."

"Wir sind seit heuer Stammgäste der Trattoria Gabriela geworden. Der Italiener wurde und wärmstens empfohlen. Und wir können nur sagen, das Essen ist einfach lecker, gut gewürzt, sehr gute Qualität und eine riesige Auswahl an Speisen. Der Service ist auch sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Beste bei jedem Besuch ist eig. das hausgemachte Brot in Scheiben geschnitten mit einem Schüsserl Knoblauchöl und einem Schüsserl Chiliöl. Die Gaststube ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der Garten zwar klein aber dafür sehr nett gestaltet und ruhig. Wir sind mind. 2x im Monat hier um uns geschmacklich verwöhnen zu lassen. Wir können die Trattoria Gabriela zu 100% weiterempfehlen."
