What Mugur Radoi doesn't like about Ihop:
The staff was super nice and very efficient. Howeverrrr the place is filthy. The kitchen has piles of dirt and filth in the corner. The manager was serving a plate with prepackaged creamer and it fell off into the swept pile of dirt and she picked it up and put it back on the plate. Everything tasted like it was plastic and fake.
