When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation from Open Table. Then, when I showed our confirmation , they did a good job in trying to get us seated although the restaurant was very full. What do you think happened that they had no record of our reservation read more.

The restaurant looked almost booked online but was very quiet when we arrived on a Tuesday. Atmosphere was not lively or fun we were sat in the back area and it was actually really quiet which felt awkward. The service was fine, but the food was below expectations. We ordered several rolls and felt the fish was only average on all four rolls. We would not return read more.
