Saltwater Grill, a Galveston staple, offers a mix of old favorites and new menu items. The grilled redfish is a standout dish, with perfectly cooked fish that is both crispy and moist. However, some diners may be disappointed by the lack of bread and the noise level in the restaurant. Despite some menu changes and warmer temperatures inside, the service at Saltwater Grill remains top-notch. Additionally, the Salt House in SOMA offers a great atmosphere and delicious food, with innovative appetizers and excellent service. The ribeye is a standout dish, cooked perfectly and tender. While some patrons may find the desserts lacking and the service slow, overall, both Saltwater Grill and Salt House are excellent choices for a night out, generally, Salt House receives a rating of 3.7 on average.
