Luz de Luna is located in the tiny village of San Andres Huayapam. It is a clean outdoor restaurant run by friendly people who do not speak English and there is no menu. That aside, the food is authentic and delicious. I had prawns in a light garlic sauce that were succulent. This restaurant is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat around 2pm. Their coconut shrimp is to die for and I recommend the Michelada also. Its really cute, quite, and the food is top notch.
While we were in casa linda, we had 3 meal times in luz de luna. everyone was perfectly prepared and the personal was friendly and funny to conversate with. a must!
Delicious food made from scratch in local style for very affordable price. Owned and operated by a local family using quality ingredients. Highly recommend!
