I now know this is the crappy sonic in San AngeloEvery time I go to this one it's always something wrong with the order or food is not great.
They have GREAT employees, the food, & drinks are FANTASTIC!! And, they always have something new to try.

"Ouch!! Two hour experience. Not sure what the problems are. Server was doing their best. Experience started out well but went downhill. Drinks and appetizers were delivered timely but, as the dinner went on the experience declined. Knew we were in trouble when the the server indicated that the main courses were on their way pending the balance. When food was delivered the fish dishes and sides were cold while the steak fingers were hot. Staff did a redo on the fish dishes while the steak fingers were consumed. At this point drink delivery was slow. Fish dishes were delivered with the baked tatrors to follow some 5 minutes later. This was our second time to visit this establishment. Had planned to bring out of towners here this trip but the OOT’s plans changed. Would have been a large embarrassment as they joined us. Look forward to hearing improved experiences as this establishment is needed in this area."

"23 minutes to get through 5 orders... I 've never seen employees move so slowly! Rude, lacked menu knowledge, and one of the employees used the derogatory expression it looks retarded when talking about her own wrapping skills!!! In what world is that acceptable. Even after my food was made, they continued to make another 3 orders as slowly as the others, and I had to wait before I could even pay. No sense of urgency, no work ethic, nor care for the customer, and clearly no pride in having a paying job."
