I now know this is the crappy sonic in San AngeloEvery time I go to this one it's always something wrong with the order or food is not great.

They have GREAT employees, the food, & drinks are FANTASTIC!! And, they always have something new to try.

"23 minutes to get through 5 orders... I 've never seen employees move so slowly! Rude, lacked menu knowledge, and one of the employees used the derogatory expression it looks retarded when talking about her own wrapping skills!!! In what world is that acceptable. Even after my food was made, they continued to make another 3 orders as slowly as the others, and I had to wait before I could even pay. No sense of urgency, no work ethic, nor care for the customer, and clearly no pride in having a paying job."
