As a dim tourist, I fancied paella one of the nights of my trip. I enjoy this dish and we’re in Spain…sort of? To be fair, our very friendly waiter explained that paella is not a popular dish in the Canaries, you’ll get it 100 times better in Valencia, but pay a lot more.
