What Sabrina Kozey likes about Asya:
Great service. Perfect place to come if you want to for Thai food, and you have a few people who want a few Japanese options. Decent food and great value. Liked the Penang salmon a lot. Hamachi Kama was awesome. Cucumber salad was great. Ikura nigiri is good. Saba (mackeral) nigiri ok. They accommodated our request for a side steamed veggies. Would skip next time: Eel and avocado roll.. just ok View all feedback.

What Paula Solorio doesn't like about Asya:
Although the service was attentive and accommodating, the hot food was served only mildly warm...even the soup. The waitress didn't couldn't name for us what we were eating, she needed to call over the manager who then in turn asked the sushi chef. English was minimal with the waitstaff. The fish was fresh and the portions large. Considering how many Japanese restaurant choices one has on the Peninsula, this would no... View all feedback.

Service is always good, it should be since they’re not busy. The bento box is a generous portion. Ramen is not that great, it’s just OK.

I had Bento Box with hamachi sashimi, it was very good. Rice mango pudding deserts was only yummy. Will be back again to try different dish :

"I really enjoyed my strawberry energy drink from Tea Hut! It's my first visit to this brand/shop so I ordered from their Tea Hut specials and was pleasantly surprised!I was apprehensive because the store seemed disorderly, staff seemed overwhelmed and ordering payment system was broken. Cashier didn't ask any details about how I wanted my drink (maybe this is normal for the drink I ordered) but entire ordering experience took 10min+ despite not being busy so I wasn't sure why the vibe was so disheveled. But alas, my drink was delicious! Tasted the high quality green tea and the fruit was additive in flavor. I wanted to get another because one was not enough! Store is cutely decorated ambiance and is easily accessible on main block of San Carlos downtown, I will return to try more drinks!"

"I'm so glad to have a solid sandwich option in DTSC. I'm going to really miss Gracie's, but Lou's is so far a suitable replacement. The first thing you notice is their bread. It's fresh! It's soft! And it's still crispy! I ordered the Kick'N RB, which is on Dutch Crunch. So the bread is crucial. Next, you notice that there isn't a brick of cheap meat on there. There's a sufficient amount of meat, and it's high quality. And, finally, they have delicious sauces, but nottoo much. Like I said, the ingredients are high quality, so there's no need to drown them out with sauce. Well done!"
