What a cool little spot! Great food, great decor, great vibe, great staff. We had a chopped kale salad that was huge and beautiful. Super fresh ingredients and SO good. Also got a Pesto Chicken Panini. L.E.G.I.T. View all feedback.
What Major Berge doesn't like about Daphne's Greek Cafe:
This place is an example of a calm resignation. Rude Server and ok Food. My friend and I felt like we were disturbing the girls who worked there. Very disappointed as it was our first time. View all feedback.
We stopped for lunch on October 30 to eat in the restaurant next door. Their line was quite long and Cafe Hermosas line was short and so we decided to eat at Cafe Hermosa. We ordered our food that was more expensive than the sandwich shop next door, but we thought it was worth saving some time. Not only did we save time because it took almost an hour to get our food, but we are very disappointed about the food itself. The sandwiches were not very delicious with very little meat on them, and not the high price we paid for them. The place was led by a bunch of very young people, some of them seemed to be teenagers. So I don't recommend this business to anyone.

Breakfast Burrito wasn't too bad. Coffee was good too. But the staff? Good mourning! Four girls work (actually only two) the short brunettes and large brunettes. The benches were dirty, there were food and crumbs on the whole floor, and of course social media are more and more important in these days for the youth than to check on your customers or do any part of your work in general that the owner pays to do for you. It's a sweet little cafe, but I'm sure I can find a better place than the next time I want breakfast. For the first time experience here. Why is there a drinking glass on the counter?
Unfortunately, the service is not what he used to be. The staff was always so happy and friendly, but the last few times, that was not my experience. My last visit to my matcha latte had very little matcha I could usually taste milk. Today I ordered hot and when I let the galley know that I was cold rather than hot, she was super rude about it. I won't come back. Not worth my money. I'm staying at Lola's Café in Ladera. The best!
They did not know how to make a cappuccino here. To be fair, I'm sure the grocery store Starbucks next door can't make one either. This is a restaurant that has coffee, not a coffee shop. Nice interior, plenty of outdoor seating. Looked pretty popular with the local yokels.
