I’ve been travelling to the US (from the UK for over 15 years. Finding a decent (not bland curry menu has been a holy grail of mine. 8Elements is the first place that has satisfied. I ordered the vindaloo with chicken – sadly, I’m on a lamb-free diet – dialled up to extra-spicy with a peshwari naan. Our family always goes to 8 Elements for special occasions tonight for Father's Day. It's our favorite Indian restaurant in San Diego.
The biryani here are about as authentic as you would find in Lahore, Karachi, both Hyderabad's (Pakistan India), Delhi or Mumbai.
