I visited the restaurant today with my child. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. They did an excellent job preparing my meal. I don't often come downtown unless it is for something related to court, but the experience from start to finish was great. View all feedback.

2.5 After Tender Greens let us down were forced to eat here. There were only a few non spicy options that we could have. We chose the carnitas. They were pretty bland but edible. I was surprised how small the bowls were. Not my favorite food but we appreciate that they didnt let us down for taking orders.
In the area this past weekend and I usually don't write reviews for chain restaurants but I had to for this. I got a bowl with my usual order and the rice was crunchy! It tasted so old like they didn't even try to replace it. Not to mention the chips were stale. I would understand if the store was packed but it wasn't. Every bite had rice stuck in my teeth due to how old it was. Probably should've read the reviews here before going but I didn't expect Chipotle to fail me this visit T-T
Came here because it was convenient. Even during the lunch rush, service was fast. I paid by card and the transaction was sent to me by text message (thank you modern conveniences). However, I don't believe they gave or offerred me a receipt when I went. Food was great and if you like Chipotle, then this is convenient for downtown visits.
Whomever is behind the counter making your bowls food lately is doing fanatic! The bowls have been so delicious, perfect amounts of everything. A while back I was feeling they were slipping. You can tell when someone puts love into what they are making and you all should give them a raise! Yum! Thanks!

Girl that works here needs to be let go. I asked for a vinegar dressing for my salad bowl when I was paying. She brought it and silently and absurdly threw it into my bag. At that moment I was shocked but thought to myself maybe she is having bad day but I noticed she smiles and greet everyone else but me. I have situation awareness and i can tell what that was about. It felt humiliated and discriminated that I never seen someone treating me like that at any restaurant. I wasnt rude to anyone, all i did was ordering food so why did this bad experience happen? I am convinced this was due to my skin color. I have filed discrimination complaint against this employee and store.
