The hubs and I make it a point of dining in Bask whenever we're in the city. During our last visit, our service wasn't as good compared to the other times we've eaten there, but we still enjoyed the food. For this specific trip, it's 4 stars. *HORRIBLE ALLERGY EXPERIENCE*I expressed I had a severe peanut and tree nut allergy and asked if it would be safe to eat here. The waiter did not seem to be super responsive to my question, but said it was obviously fine. I later was eating one of the dishes and ate a nut, and had a bad allergic reaction. I had asked them to remove the nuts that were sprinkled on top the dish, and I was assured it was safe. Clearly that was not the case. This restaurant needs allergy training and my experience was unacceptable. I'm also Spanish and the food was mediocre and not authentic. Not worth it! Don't come here if you have allergies. Very disappointed :.
