This restaurant is a gem of a find in the foodie Mission District of San Francisco. The food is absolutely amazing and authentic. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. What Lucia Lopez doesn't like about El Capricho:
Very good for a moment with Latin friends, but the problem is the bathrooms, you will have to remodel and condition the bathrooms with their sinks and that will make it reach a 5-star level View all feedback.
food was very good and cheap! the tortillas here are the best. The rice was a little mushy, but not too bad.
