It is next to other two Sim Sum places. Jackson street is the heaven for Dim Sum. Tea is $2.25 per person, higher than other two places. But their single item is cheaper than other two. Bathroom is kind of messy and old style. Service is okay. Food is good except Bee’s Nest Taro Puff which is kind sour. View all feedback.

Disappointed on the dim sum. The shrimp dumplings wrapping were super soggy and cannot even take out using chopsticks. It literally falls apart. Radish cake only warm on one side, not crispy. View all feedback.
