Powder - San Francisco

What michelle s likes about Powder:
This was a cool little find. Never tried this kinda I cream before it was light and refreshing unlike normal ice cream. Super tasty!! Teenage staff makes service kinda generic, but I'd come back. View all feedback.

What Nina P doesn't like about Powder:
The service was cool, but the Croffle did not live up to expectations. Ordered the Thai tea and earl grey shaved snow/ice whatever it is. I liked the texture, not the flavor with the texture- if that makes any sense it was like creamy then watery..there's nowhere to sit except a very small bench in the window. View all feedback.
