Not only are the staff seemingly upset you're there, they use their bare hands to scoop ice into glasses for cocktails. Also, when I paid for my one beer, I was not brought any change...what the hell? At least bring back the change to give me the option to tip rather than forcing the issue. "Absolutely the best in a casual setting. Most restaurants reviewed are in the old walled city. This is outside the beaten path. We ate til we had to stop or pop. $100 US bought dinner for 2 with 100 grams of huge stone crab claws, a fried whole fish with rice, a seafood cocktail in a huge margarita glass, complimentary fish carnitas, and a tip over 20%, because the waiter quietly stood by taking away shell and bone plates replacing plates and utensils as needed.
