The night I dined at the restaurant, it was significantly understaffed. The entire place only had one manager, two wait staff, and one busboy. They were trying their best to service the customers giving the situation. Fun time preparing all you can eat over a Japanese bbq rack at your table. GREAT wait staff. Enjoyed the evening.
