"Sarku Japan at Westfield Oakridge Mall pleasantly surprised me despite my initial reservations about mall restaurants. The outdoor seating area is a nice touch, providing a comfortable dining space. Upon entering, we were promptly shown to our seats, but unfortunately, the service got off to a slow start, taking over 15 minutes to bring us water, even though there was only one more table they were serving. Improved service would be a welcome enhancement.Now, let's talk about the food. The noodles were the highlight of our visit, boasting exceptional flavors that exceeded our expectations. We sampled two different noodle dishes and a bun, all of which were super tasty and left us craving more.The restaurant's interior was pleasant, and the restroom was clean, which added to the overall positive experience.Despite the service hiccup, I'd be inclined to return to Sarku Japan for the delicious food alone.
