The classic ceviche is unique and interesting. They use tiger?s milk, a tangy liquid, to cure the fish, which you can see in the photo. It also comes with fried corn nuts which give it a nice taste of fat, corn, seaweed, and yam. I wanted more carbs in mymeal but it was definitely interesting and authentic.
