Pretty much just an average piece of pork rib. Not really sure why call it smoked, just because it's cooked in a smoker. I maybe particular about what smoked is since I lived in the south for years. Smoking meats requires time and the proper wood with controlled heat. The sauce left a lot to be desired, wish they had more varieties. The sides are also unremarkable.
