What User likes about Matsuei Miraflores:
Historically one of the best Japanese in Lima. Just reopened after a change of location. Tradition has been maintained with now a strong twist of modernity and creativity. Sushis are for me the top in lima with those of Osaka and Maido. Clearly a must visit when in Lima View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Matsuei Miraflores:
The restaurant messes around way too much with the fish. Everything tasted the same, bland and/or creamy and not of the fish itself. The soy sauce didn’t even taste of anything. We tried the totoro sashimi (tuna belly) and it was flavourless; no melt in the mouth fat like it should have. It tasted like it had been frozen for a while.
