Fresh Healthy Cafe - San Marcos

What Brian T doesn't like about Fresh Healthy Cafe:
Today it was 81 degrees in San Marcos. I understand that you want to keep your guests comfortable and perhaps keeping the front door open during operating hours helps with the climate, but it also allows other visitors in. I've never been in a cafe that has had as many flies, dead in the window sills and alive buzzing in the dining area, as I have today. I felt like I might as well have been sitting outdoors.
