"I had the T-Bone. It was supposed to be medium rare. I'm not sure how they managed to get part of it medium rare and another part medium and still another part closer to medium well but they did. Also, the flavor was not very good. I have had steaks at other Cheddars restaurants that were perfect but this time the food was not as good.The service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean."

"One thing I can always say about Torchys is, you know its going to be good. Doesnt matter which location or what you order, its just consistently good, all the way around! Now that Door Dash delivers, its even better! No searching for parking or standing in line, just great food, right to my office door!"

"Place is too small. We were told there was a 15 minute wait that turned into 30 minutes. The restaurant was too warm also. The food is okay but nothing that you could not get at a fast food restaurant. The chips are good but the salsa is weak. Prices are reasonable"

"We broke down in their parking lot. Two front tires on the truck we were towing blew up and one caught on fire. A restaurant employee came out with a fire extinguisher and put out the fire. It was very scary and very hot outside. The manager invited us in, brought us each an iced tea, and the whole staff were exceptional! The best customer service ever. Thank you."
