I had an odd order request for some slabs of pig skin. They made it happen with no problem at all. Great service.

Rueben Sandwich was dope. Great selection of meats and snacks. Beer and cider selection are phenomenal.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lilly in New Braunfels she gave me two samples of brisket it was delicious I had a full stomach that's why I didn't buy a sandwich...

We buy things from them at the Mueller Farmers Market but went to the source. The Andouille and their smoked chicken salad are our faves.
