We dropped by today for lunch. The lady downstairs pointed us upstairs but as we walked through the owner (maybe?) came to the top of the stairs but didn't invite us up. We asked if they were open and he didn't reply to us, instead talking to the other woman. Without looking at us he said the restaurant was closed for a private party.
