Well handled situation by ManagerAs I was waiting for my food I witnessed an interaction between a gentleman and the manager of the location. The man ordered a soup on line then instructed the staff(manager) to give him an extra soup . She politely notified him he ordered one soup and if he would like another she would have to charge him. Waited a super long time. Workers were nowhere to be found upon entering the restaurant. We placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later and they hadn’t even taken the order ticket from their computer.
