We were just in Tucson for the Gem and Mineral show and to visit with our Son-in-law’s family. Turns out they have direct ties to this restaurant (Ortiz family) so, this was our first stop the day we arrived in town. Absolutely the most authentic Mexican food you’ll find. We have always eaten at this restaurant when in Tucson for the Gem Show. This time it was appalling! There was even a cockroach walking along the window ledge! Aside from that the food was totally different. There wasn't a homemade taste at all. It was totally bland, as though delivered from a truck in a can.
