This place is great for seafood and tasty cocktails! It's on the fancy side so for my budget it's like special occasion. Arlo the busser was incredible! Now that is some serious style, considerate and well tempered service right there! I had the sea bass and it was really good and Kate had the salmon which was probably even better! Our elders gravitated toward the fish and chips and their leftovers were very tasty! View all feedback.
What Bernadette Barbaris doesn't like about Kingfisher Grill:
Was treated rudely by bartender/ manager. This is almost a year ago now. Was bored and so started looking at reviews to see if any other customers had experienced similar treatment. Perhaps I was in the wrong. To my surprise, this seems tho not be so unusual, especially since new owners bought the restaurant about 2 1/2 yes ago. Parking: Small lot ,poorly lit. Often full at busier times. People use public side Street... View all feedback.

Food here is excellent. This is a great place for date night or well executed seafood. Bar is impressive also especially for a bourbon drinker.
Kingfisher has the best seafood in Tucson! We ate there for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious. We ordered the ceviche, Hawaiian fish, lobster roll, fish tostada, and Mexican cheesecake. The Hawaiian fish was some of the best fish I have ever had. The ceviche was really wet but limey with a strong cilantro flavor. The chips that they served with it were a little tough. It was really good but not my favorite ceviche. The lobster roll was chunky but delicious and the tostada was great. The monthly cheesecake was really unique. It had the consistency of a non bake cheesecake with a spicy mango compote. The environment is a little plain but still nice. The service was great. The hostess and our waiter were pleasant and fun to talk to. If you are in Tucson and looking for seafood, you absolutely have to try Kingfisher!
