Lovely experience at Fisherman's. Oysters were top shelf. My fiance loved the sardines. We really enjoyed our afternoon sitting in the sun with some drinks.

Really lovely place, and they have really prioritized quality over quantity which is great. We had an amazing two dinners here and was worth every penny

"Concluding my second trip to Taishan, I can safely say that it's worth a visit. Their prices are quite incredible. My colleague and I enjoyed five plates of sushi and a large portion of Chinese noodles, sake, green tea and two sparkling waters for less than R300 The sushi was okay. The more common plates were stronger than the deep friend and more experimental sushi options. The noodles were excellent, consistent with my first visit They could do with some loose leaf tea to add to the authenticity of the experience. Their sake was exceptional. The atmosphere is quite typical of a local Chinese restaurant. The interior and quality of furniture and utensils is largely underwhelming. Everything is relatively clean Would return any time, especially for takeaways!"

"The best beef fillet and the sides were amazing. The carrot has roasted, fried, fed in. A very good thought through the side. The white chocolate tonka bean cheese cake should be their signature desert. It was especially and amazingly good. Kaylin offers excellent service."

"The view is great and the waiters are very friendly and professional I enjoyed their positive spirits! Variety of items on the menu maybe R20 or so more expensive than an average seafood restaurant but the food is deliciously prepared. Our table had squid heads, calamari, sushi and fish and everyone was happy."

"Had an amazing dinner at this restaurant for the second time this week. The place looks cozy and the food is amazing! They have many beautiful wines they serve by the glass. Our waiter Lindile was so helpful and amazing. Would definitely recommend to go here. They often have some tables available for walk-ins if the booking system shows that they are fully booked."
