This is my second time stopping by Tortas Locas and it does not disappoint. The first time I had a steak torta and it was delicious. Today I had two steak tacos w no onions and two bean/ cheese filled pupusas. I could not finish everything I ordered but I wanted to try both. The tacos were great!!
