Customer service is pretty good (you are ordering from a kiosk), but the delivery of your order is great (double checked and realized the order was wrong). Time for two orders to receive is pretty long, but again, the customer service is nice. View all feedback.
What Lalit Gupta doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Ordered coffee, which was warm, not hot. Ordered a double hamburger with extra ketchup, which leaked out all over the bun. Ordered a chicken sandwich, which was dry. Ordered using the kiosk no receipt. McDs is usually better than this. View all feedback.
