"True Neapolitan pizza with pasta that is superlight and well digestible (not common! that I could approach the famous by Michele di Napoli with the difference of having a wide choice of seasonings even at the limits of the gourmet. Also perfect cooking (the burnt was in the background as it is right that it is and never predominant. In short, it's worth a few more miles to go! Possibility of restaurant with classic dishes but with special touches (e.g. spaghetti with clams with algae sauce)."
