"Arrived here after reading good reviews. Worst food in Assmanshausen. Lots many better restaurants within 5 minutes walking. Avoid!! In an area surrounded by vineyards and wonderful wine, they serve cheap Italian stuff!! Food is very poor."

"Definitely the best Greek of the city! Starting from the very friendly staff, the plenty of beautifully dressed and delicious food to fair prices! We are very often there, and it was always excellent! Even a Rumpsteak is right at the point! "The location is superb and the host was nice. I had a flammkuchen, portion was big for the price. It was not bad but a little different from the usual ones that I had elsewhere. If you are looking for enjoying a little traditional town, Bacharach is the place to go to and perhaps sit at this restaurant to savour some delicacies."

"The almost 250 km long trip was really worth it. We visited a horse farm in the area and settled in the beer garden of Old City Gate on a recommendation for lunch. For the big sunny weather nobody could. But thanks for the excellent regional cuisine at very moderate prices and the absolutely perfect service goes quite clearly into the kitchen and the service of the Landgasthof. There are even fun to give some more tips..."
