I often go to this Bar/Restaurant to get coffe and a quick bite. The staffs are quite pleasant to deal with, they speak English and the owner comes out to greet you when he's there. It's always nice to be welcomed by the owner of an establishment, not to mention great selection of food and drinks for decent prices. I recommend you give this spot a try. Jot for eat...The translation would be something like 'only to eat' although I would translate it as 'eating dinners' definitely not a place to eat well though 'although' can be eaten, of course ! is a place to eat prepared food, not much more. But...I have to say that the service is excellent, very nice, that the place is super clean, that the snacks are fine and that it gives drop to go to take whatever it is if you go through it! if you've searched 'although' in google, give it like!
