My husband and I were going to spend the day in Santa Fe for our anniversary yesterday and wanted something unique for breakfast. I found The Chocolate Maven and thought it looked fun. I was so right. The service was fabulous, the Blueberry Bluecorn Pancakes were divine and the ability to watch the pastery chefs was amazing.
