Got the local ahi amongst a few appetizers. The ahi was suggested medium rare which I ordered. It came out genuinely ice cold, beyond rare. They recooked the same piece to well done. Nothing was offered to reconcile their mistake. It was overall decent solid flavors on the dishes but I wouldn’t return with how their mistake was handled. No real apology for undercooking and then overcooking the fish. View all feedback.
