"Ordered on line while at ucsb soccer game. arrived just before 9pm closing time. door was locked but employee was sweeping so opened door. food was waiting but they had no more eggplant and didn't call to inform us (order placed 7:45) and kitchen closed so we were short on food. employee acted as she was doing us a favor to open door and pickup the order. at least we got a refund which took a few days. just poor customer service from an indifferent business."

"The Mesa Burger was a great place. The working people were really nice and know what they're talking about! I have a burger that was amazing. The burger tasted so real, I had to ask her a time and it was a vegan meat. The burger is not vegan, so I have it on a sourdough bread and it was great!"

"Great juices at an amazing price. Yesterday I decided to pick up some juices and just want to commend the young woman who helped me select a variety to try. Her name on the receipt was Jay L. She was so friendly and helpful! Great to experience such kind and thorough customer service, because the first time I came to this location I had a bad experience with a rude, unhelpful person. Jay really took the time to explain the different juices and help me find less sweet, high nutrient varieties to try. She also recommended the plant based ice cream and because of her kindness I will definitely come back to try it. Amazing job, thanks!"
