"This is the second time I have ordered from here and while other Eriks cafes are perfectly lovely, I had issues both times. The bread, cheese and onions never came with my first order and then was stale for the second. The chili was dry both times and I did not receive any butter."

"This will be my place to brunch in the Bay Area. We sat at the bar. I ate everything in this place. The food was great. First fried with waffle and I'm so glad I tried. My friend, who prefers salty food for breakfast loved it. I'm more on the sweet side and the Croissant Toast was great. The drinks were great. The house limonade was very sweet. The coffee went really well with the Croissants Toast. The bartender who took our order was caring and efficient. It was a pleasure to watch him make cocktails during the meal. I have recommended nothing to complain about this place so urgently!"

"I first visited Rita's in Pittsburgh and I've been craving the frozen custard ever since July. At first I thought it was an east coast chain or something, but to my surprise I found there are so many Bay Area locations. I just had to visit this one in Santa Clara so close to home! Unlike the Rita's I visited in the east coast, this Rita's has an actual storefront where you can sit and enjoy your dessert. All the custard flavors are on display like an ice cream shop which makes it easy to choose what flavor you want. I visited around lunchtime and the store was pretty empty. The server at the counter was also very nice and friendly. I absolutely love the vanilla frozen custard, so I ordered that again. It was just like what I had before so creamy and delicious, not too sweet! Their quality is definitely quite consistent between stores. Now that I know there's a Rita's so close by to me, I will be back to try some other custard flavors!"

"The line was long at Peet 's Coffee in Palo Alto, CA. I waited for 32 minutes, surrounded by self absorbed college students who were so engaged in their social media influence that they were oblivious to 'Are you in line? '. They were. Six (6) drinks were made well, and when one spilled, the staff offered to make another, and cleaned the mess (with my help). The crowd was a mix of ages, and Caucasian and Asian customers. I would 've appreciated more racial diversity (like me). out of There is a nearby parking lot, which resembles a Tesla Showroom. The weather always seems to be sunny. I would recommend Peet 's Coffee, Palo Alto, CA."
